Alphina Jos works for a “poverty-free, prosperous, equitable and sustainable society”. The primary objective of her work is, “Inclusion of the Excluded”

She firmly believes that financial inclusion i.e., delivery of financial services at affordable pricing to sections of disadvantaged and low-income segments of society and linking of the poor to mainstream financial services is the key to empowerment. Alphina ensures access to safe, easy, and affordable credit and other financial services for poor and vulnerable groups which is a key factor in accelerating their growth and reducing income disparities and poverty. The financial inclusion initiative has transformed the lives of women members, enabling them to set up income-generating activities and livelihoods, thereby making them micro-entrepreneurs.
She focuses on the holistic development of low-income households and implements projects that contribute to 14 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
